About Virtual Systems

I founded Virtual Systems in 1996 because during my time working in the mail industry, I saw that there weren’t many quality programs designed specifically to manage the order process and its related tasks. Having visited many shops that were forced to create their own piecemeal systems or to use programs designed for industries other than our own, I developed Mail-Shop specifically as a business management system for mailers. Over the years, our customers expanded into related industries and we created Midnight Fulfillment and Digi-Shop to allow the growing spectrum of mailers, printers, and fulfillment companies to achieve the same results.

Our software is designed with all aspects in mind – the owner, supervisors, customer service, warehouse staff, and personnel running the machines on the print or production floor. We understand that you have to present documents to your customers, manage your workflow and be able to run reports on your data.

Our company has grown as a result of our core values and desire to maintain strong relationships with our customers. We view each user as a part of the VS family. We work hard on both our customer service and software programs so that you can expect and receive the best user experience. Each year, we’ve seen our products grow by leaps and bounds based upon feedback from our customers and as a result, and I am happy to say that our packages are the leading in the industry.
